We reached about to Lindi around six years ago looking for a home. We were still in college, needed credit, and had a small budget. Lindi helped us get started with building credit, while introducing the home buying process to us. She showed us many homes within our reach. At the time, there was just nothing on the market that fit us. Fast forward to about seven months ago. We reached out to Lindi again as things had realigned to a much safer position with our credit and finances along with a growing family. Lindi gladly took us back under her wing to began the process of finding a home for us. She showed us a few houses that fit our criteria, including a house we thought had our heart. It felt like a dream, but was quickly swept away with an offer as we were preparing to put one in. She reassured us that we would find something that would be the perfect fit. Along the way, she willingly showed us houses we wanted to be able to mark off the list of available inventory. She was honest with her experience and knowledge to guide us through the waiting game. We looked at a house that potentially could have been for us. The next day when verifying some bank information, she asks if we have time that day to look at a house that had just came on the market. We jumped at the opportunity, but little did we know it was the one! We loved it immediately and now are calling it our home! We can’t thank Lindi enough for being patient, accommodating, having faith in us after our time away from house hunting, and for introducing our house to us as soon as she did to get us the best deal possible! There were issues the morning of closing that she helped us navigate through and we are grateful for that!
