Our family was tasked with selling our parents home after they moved to assisted living. It was an emotionally challenging and stressful time, with all of us scattered across the country. Anna and Brittney were a godsend. They are astute realtors and business women, who problem-solve every step of the way. They also managed our sale with lovingkindness and tireless support. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Working with Anna Wynne-Smith was an absolute DREAM! She helped my husband and I buy our first home (which was very intimidating for us), but she made the entire process easy and understandable. Anna and Brittney are the perfect team. Each is gifted in their own special ability. We knew immediately they were who we wanted to work with and we were NEVER disappointed. They were wonderful to work with an stayed with us every step of the way in the process of selling our home in Fredericksburg. They were there to answer all our questions and even helped us in any way they could as we were purchasing a new home. They are the most precious ladies, professional, genuine, very smart, and made us feel so comfortable and well taken care of. I can not say enough about these two. Anna was marvelous to work with! She was prompt and orderly, communicative and prepared, honest, and willing to work with our availability. She was unfazed by distant properties, or the pitiful state some of them were in. She was gracious with us, other real estate agents, and the tenants we met. She represented us well and we always felt supported and encouraged. Anna is an asset you wouldnt want to be without in this crazy market!
