My wife and I attempted to sell our house back in the fall of 2023 through another real estate group and after several months we were not able to get our house sold. So my wife and I decided to pull our house off the market. Vince Wyatt with Wyatt Realty contacted us a few weeks later and asked my wife and I to give his group the opportunity to sell our house if we decide to sell again. Well a couple of months passed and we decided to try and sell again. So we contacted Wyatt Realty and spoke with Vince and he put a plan together and we listed our house with his group and they worked hard and they got our house sold, even in spite of this difficult real estate market!! They are terrific people to work with, they understand the housing market here in Lubbock and the surrounding area, very professional. My wife and I highly recommend them. I worked with Drew Wyatt while searching for townhomes with my wife, who will soon be a postdoctorate researcher at TTU. Drew was an exemplary real estate agent. He was kind, on time for our showings, answered our questions, and quickly got back to us with other information we requested (I.e. utilities cost). We asked to see one property twice, and Drew had no problem with it. I wish more people in real estate were like this!While we ultimately went with another property, I wanted to highlight how good our interaction was with Wyatt Realty.
