I spent several months looking through the lists of available homes, searching for the exact home that would be perfect for what we needed. Very specific home on acreage outside of the city boundaries. Tim stuck with me, listened to what we needed, and kept making suggestions. He used amazing patience as we eliminated one after the other on what some might think were ridiculous reasons. But, we knew what we wanted and needed. His communication skills were excellent. Tim and Megan work well as a team. Always there to answer questions or find the answers when I had a quick question.

Let me start off by saying that Tim and Meg are by far the best Real Estate tag team champion of the world! I’ve use them to by multiple homes in the Central Texas area and their guidance and pulse on the market coupled with their work ethic and tenacity has made the buying process really easy for me. Their guidance has helped personally helped me get started as a young man develop into a more savvy buyer as a military veteran and have given me insight into the home buying and selling process. We are a military family and were living in Washington State while trying to find our first, more permanent home in Texas. Through every step of the home buying process, Tim was there to answer our questions and give his honest opinions, no matter what time it was. With thousands of miles and a two-hour time difference between us, Tim did all of the ground work for us and allowed us to be a part of the process via facetimes, phone calls, and texting.
