We had the pleasure of working with Prima Womack recently to assist both our selling and buying needs. We selected Prima based on her recognizable presence in the Austin area, her outstanding reputation, and a friends direct client referral. And Prima did not disappoint! She spent ample time meeting with us to determine our needs in our next home, notifying us immediately of homes hitting the market that matched our preferences. Prima thoroughly discussed all of the features and benefits in our current home, answering questions intelligently and thoughtfully, and offered suitable recommendations during the entire process. Hands down the best real estate team in the Austin area. Honestly, it’s the little things that separate them from others. They have years of experience, good connections in the community and an excellent attention to detail along with a great team of people. They helped us out with selling our home and building our new home. Not to mention, welcoming our second daughter into the world. Wes was strategic and provided us all the information for us to make any decision an informed one. Any curveball that came our way in the process, Wes stepped in and handled it all. Upon recommendation from a friend, I contacted Wes Womack in the middle of January 2024 and put my townhouse on the market the first of April. During the first meeting Wes was very honest in what the market expectations were at the time and what I should expect from the market when I was ready to sell. He made constructive suggestions as to what staging improvements might help the sale of the townhouse and what might be a distraction. When I was ready to place the townhouse on the market, he made realistic recommendations as to the pricing. By the first of April, the townhouse was ready to be placed on the market and fortunately, the townhouse sold within 4 days.I believe contributing factors to the quick sale are: (1) Wess continuous advice from our initial meeting to after the closing, (2) his professional photographer’s outstanding job of highlighting the features of the townhouse along with the surrounding area and (3) pricing the townhouse for what the market could bear.From our first discussion to after the closing, Wes kept in constant contact to ensure all my questions were answered and to update me on what I needed to do for a successful closing. Whenever I did reach out to him, he was quick to answer and when he was not available, he would text to say he would call me back as soon as he got out of a meeting. I have sold/bought several homes in my lifetime, but the sale of this townhouse was the easiest, quickest, and least stressful of them all.Wes Womack and his team at Womack Reality were great!

TLDR: Wes and Team Womack listed our home using a proven practice, kept us in the loop and drove a sale in record time for top dollar. When choosing someone to market our home, represent us during the transaction and provide advice we decided someone living in our neighborhood and active in our community was best. An initial call told us we made the right decision. Wes was knowledgeable about the community and market, had an educated opinion on what we should list our home for but listened to our thoughts and provided guidance. After we agreed on listing timeline Wes and team went to work driving the best possible experience. It started with landscaping, pressure washing, window cleaning and a complete interior clean. It continued with a stager and a talented photographer to provide the most appealing representation of our home. From listing to marketing to the first open house Wes exuded confidence and deployed a program that was well practiced. Putting us at ease, seeing us in the loop and soliciting the best possible offer he closed our home for top dollar in a short period of time. He guided the process from there soliciting backup offers, negotiating in good faith and driving the contingency period carefully. We cannot say enough positive things about Wes and Team Womack except to say this: While our largest asset was in their care we felt informed, consulted and in the drivers seat at all times. We felt respected - like longtime business partners or close friends. We trusted our home to Womack and recommend them regularly - please feel secure in your decision to list or buy with their team.
