    The short version of this review is Ann Winston is a fantastic, competent, ethical, extremely diligent realtor who will work for you as if you are the only person on earth. Furthermore, her knowledge base is so vast that she is able to immediately answer the hardest questions and give simple explanations to the most intricate situations of real estate transactions. Aside from her possessing the highest level of knowledge and expertise, she is kind, happy, empathetic and tireless. She also has a trait seriously lacking in most realtors these days, she actually listens to you! I am compelled to give her my absolute highest recommendation and my sincere respect!     I highly recommend using Winston Properties when buying or selling.Ann Winston and her team did an amazing job of selling my home. The house was sold within a month and closed very quickly.BTW, this is my 3rd time using Ann. We first bought our parents their home in Granbury in the mid 2000s. Then I bought my home in Granbury in 2013 and then used her to sell that same home for me in 2023. All 3 experiences were great! If I ever move back to this area I will use Ann and her team without hesitation!

    Ann and her team are amazing, and she is true professional. I am a Realtor Investor, and I appreciate a Realtor who you can count on to make a transaction go smoothly. Ann is superb when it comes to feedback, negotiation and getting to the closing table. One of the things I was most impressed with is within 30 minutes of contacting her to list one of our investment properties, Ann was out at the proprety, arranged for pics to be taken, and the house was listed quickly and at the right price!     We moved to Granbury in October of 2022 with Joelle Jackson as our realtor. She did an INCREDIBLE job and was so patient with us as we didnt understand a lot of the process. She made the whole buying experience extremely enjoyable and seamless. They have a wide network of lenders that can fit all situations. After we bought we had a few issues with the house due to the builder that there was no way to know about before hand. Joelle went above and beyond and did not rest until we were completely satisfied with our purchase. She is very attentive and has GREAT customer service! Thank you again Joelle for everything you did for me and my wife. If we sell or need any properties in the future we will definitely be back to see you!

    We had a great experience with Ann Winston. We contacted her from out of town regarding a rental in 2019. She met me after hours to show me the house when i was able to make it to town. We needed a rental in a week due to job transfer. One year later we went back to Ann to purchase a home. We had the best experience with her. Everything went smooth and she kept us updated along the way. She was available to show us properties and spent plenty of time with us explaining what we needed to know throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend her and her staff to anyone looking for a realtor.

    Ann Winston does an amazing job. She helped us find a rental when we were struggling due to having a Rottweiler. I drove in from out of town. She stayed late and worked with us. After renting a year, she again helped with the purchase of a home. 3 years later, we called on her again to sell our home in Granbury. She is now working with us to find out next home an hour away from her office. She has not once hesitated to help and puts our needs first. Very professional and offers the best advice.     My wife and I met Ann Winston in 2009 when we purchased our first house in Granbury. Since then, we have purchased five more houses and have also sold some. Ann has made the buying and selling experience very pleasant. She is honest, trustworthy, efficient, diligent and every other positive trait you would like to have for your realtor.     Walker Shelton has been the best for finding and selling our home. We moved to Texas in October of 2021. Walker went out of his way to find places all around the state even places he didn’t even cover. The more he helped us the more we leaned towards Granbury. We finally found a home and he helped us transition into it. He even helped me move our stuff when my friend backed out at last minute. We sold our home July of 2023 he was Johnny on the spot and got us the best deal in selling it. Walker is a strait laced honest guy which we enjoyed and was quick to shake my hand and help us with anything. We do not live in Texas anymore but we always remember Walker for his help.

    Ann was BIG help with our last transaction involving our aging parent. My Dad needs a little more patience when he does rental business now days. She stepped up to the challenge.     Ann helped us sell our home in Granbury and purchase a home in Arlington and the miracles she pulled off were incredible! She is very talented, able to negotiate and think very level headed when working for you. She had 3 cash buyers on our house in Granbury, within days, and negotiated an excellent buy for our new home in Arlington, despite many hurdles to overcome, including the property not appraising at the sellers listed price! Ann and her team are so very prompt and helped us every step of the way - and for two weeks of the buying/selling process, we were out of the country in Japan. It was really the best experience weve ever encountered. Two enthusiastic thumbs up for Ann and her team!!!!

    My husband and I were new the Granbury area and searching for our new home. My husband first met Ann on the phone and we then met in person and she took an entire day driving us all over Hood county looking at prospective homes. We soon found the home perfect for our family, thanks to Ann. She and her entire staff are wonderful! Ann immediately made us feel at home in Granbury and treated us like old friends. My husband has some collector vehicles and she even generously allowed us to park them in her personal garage while we added on to ours.Recently Malissa, has also been extremely helpful as we search for prospective investment properties. Malissa is very professional and knowledgeable. We have had great experience with Winston Properties and would highly recommend them to any prospective home or property buyers.

    We met Grant online as he was advertising a home . He was very professional, patient, and kind. He showed us homes for weeks and didnt give up trying to find us what we wanted. Despite our time zone differences, Walker made himself available at all hours, even while on his vacation. He did multiple walk-throughs at various properties providing us with video and overviews of the communities.     We have used Grant Winston for years now. Grant is a hard working young guy that puts in a ton of time and effort to find the right property for you. Good communication, listens to your wants and needs, and goes to work. We have used him for raw land, investment property, and a couple of homes.     Our closing was a true 2020 closing! The original buyers for our property stated they were cash buyers (we had multiple offers so of course cash is king), they even had their bank send over a letter of guaranteed funds - only to find out that they actually didn’t have the funds two weeks into the transaction. Our realtor was immediately on this and we soon had a backup offer from one of the other potential buyers. The first buyers had requested a 45 day close so once that had expired we went ahead with the backup offer. That transaction went pretty smoothly with only a few minor hiccups - all handled professionally by our realtor Tim Bush.Tim also helped us close on 5 acres - which was a mess that involved TXDOT, encroachment on the property that had to be settled prior to, closing dates changing multiple times because of the seller and the title company getting the wording correct. What was supposed to close September 25th closed (finally!) on November 6th. THIS is why the realtor you choose is so important! Tim has been our realtor for the last 5 properties we’ve closed on and we wouldn’t use anyone else.
