Winston is the consummate professional and the gold standard in realtors. It has been years since I was in the market for a home and being a busy professional myself, did not have a lot of time to spend house hunting. Winston and I discussed my taste in home styles, the type of neighborhood I would be comfortable in and even my commute to work. Winston only sent me listings that met my criteria, and even provided feedback on listings I found, that saved us both time by eliminating them prior to viewing. Once I found the home I was interested in, Winston was extremely helpful in negotiating the deal, even providing an electrician to the seller to resolve a potential safety issue with the pool lighting system. Winston anticipated what some of my concerns would be and addressed them with the seller’s realtor, making them non-issues and he certainly provided counsel and solutions for anything that I was concerned with. I Can’t provide enough positive comments about Winston. Winston Alan Realty (WAR) helped me sell my condo in Uptown 100% remotely. Id moved away from Dallas years before, and WAR helped me keep it rented while I was away and the market was recovering from the 2008 crisis.
