Working with Hunter Richard was amazing! The whole process went as smoothly as possible. Ms. Richard was available 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns. After we picked a few to look at she started recommending homes for me to look at, based on what we had picked previously. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family that are looking to buy, sell or rent a home. She was amazing and very professional throughout the whole process. If I ever move again, I will be using her for sure!!

Never had any issues. Property manager was very polite and helpful with a couple of last minute issues while ending lease. Also to their credit they were very persistent in getting the security deposit returned (minus what I consider fair deductions).

Hunter was very responsive when I called her and had questions. It was a very big decision to pick a realtor to represent the selling of our home, we chose right. Within listing our home, she had buyers coming in weekly, open house scheduled, and she marketed our home in local magazines. She goes above and beyond to get the job done. Ive bought and sold home in the past and have worked with a few of veteran realtors”, non of wish surpass or came close to Hunters skills. The exclusivity, knowledge and professional service she gave us was top notch. She knows the market very well and has as a passion for what she does…I saw her gift for real estate right off the bat. She negotiated things I never thought were possible.The way Hunter communicated and ability to immediately built a good working relationship with the sellers realtor was incredible! Hunter was there literally day or night to answer all questions. She worked hard from day one to closing.Don’t let her bubbly spirt fool you, when it’s time to play ball shes ready to win the game!
