When my husband and I reached out to Cory and Lisa to ask if they wanted to check into buying our house, they were quick to respond. They offered to buy our house βas isβ even though there were a lot of costly repairs needed. Working through the sale with them was easy and painless. Cory took care of all the title company work. We were able to close within a short time and move into our new house ready for the school year. Cory and Lisa were personable and professional. We couldnβt appreciate them more!! -

Corey and Lisa and their team were awesome to work with. After working with another home buyer, whose deal fell through due to Covid events on the buyer side. Corey and Lisa, set a couple of items right that the previous buyer was saying would need to be replaced. They gave us the price we where asking and were there when we had questions. They were upfront with us during the whole process. Corey, Lisa and team came through during a tense time for us, trying to get our old house sold and able to move into our new home, especially during the shelter in place mandates.
