Kelly Connor was 15 out of 10! He bent over backward for me. I started looking in Port Aransas, but after a few months it wasn’t working out, so even though Whitten Real Estate is based in Port Aransas he was more than willing to continue working with me as we started looking in North Padre Island.When we found the perfect place and finally got the listing agent to respond, they had already accepted another offer…lower than what we were willing to pay. Kelly kept me on task and with great optimism, we continued the search.After a month or so and many showings, we found an even better property. Kelly helped me view the property multiple times to ensure this property would check all of the boxes for me. The sellers were up against a timeline and so was I. Kelly skillfully convinced the listing agent to inform the sellers of our particular situation and were told they were willing to work with us.Kelly helped me figure out the best way to position our offer and what price to go in at to give us the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept our offer.If I texted Kelly a question or an update, he would often respond in 2 minutes or less. Outside of his colleagues, Kelly has a broad business background which gives him a wealth of knowledge and unique viewpoints. When you choose to work with Kelly Connor (and I HIGHLY recommend you do) he will make contact with you quickly and invite you to meet anywhere that’s convenient for you to discuss what you want, deal breakers, price ranges, neighborhoods, etc. after you finish, he will give you his opinion/feedback on what you said and ask follow up questions and suggest you check out things you might not have considered, etc.I felt like I was working with my best friend rather than a real estate agent.Thank you Kelly…I’m loving the Island Life!

I would recommend Kelly Conner from Whitten Real Estate if youre buying or selling. Specifically, Kelly assisted us in finding a residence in Port A. He was very easy to work with, had strong market knowledge / network and took the time to find us the property we wanted. He also went above and beyond in assisting us with other items related to our search and purchase.

We used Jade to purchase a house in Corpus Christi. She was absolutely incredible every step of the way. As a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions and concerns, and she did absolutely everything she could to help with that. I had some issues with my mortgage broker, and she would help me follow up almost daily to ensure that we would be able to get the house. I most definitely will be using Jade for any future real estate transactions I have. I cannot thank her enough for how incredible she was throughout the whole process.
