    Alan Hernandez from White Picket Realty asked, listened, and understood what I needed in selling my house. He then explained what he could do to get it sold and he did that. He became well informed of the transactions involving my home and I never had to question what he was doing or why he wasn’t doing something I thought my house was unsaleable with all the baggage that it came with, but he formulated a plan, with solutions for obstacles— and there were obstacles to overcome— and he never stopped. I often felt like my house was the only house that he was trying to sell. He and his team of professionals worked seamlessly together right from the beginning and got my house sold. His excellent communications kept me informed every step of the way. At the closing he didn’t just shake my hand, get a check and leave; he followed up later to congratulate me on the sale of the house and to let me know that he was pleased with the outcome for me. I sold my house under very stressful conditions but he handled it with ease and concern and closed it with care.     My wife and I just closed on the sale of our home. It was bittersweet because we were moving to an assisted living facility. We are both in our mid 70’s and both have health issues. We also had issues with the house (the big freeze was a disaster).Alan and Vanessa did the heavy lifting but Brian was always there. One of the biggest advantages was White Picket’s I’m race net of digital! We would meet virtually an communicate via text. The visual tour of the house was incredible. Another huge thing was being able to complete all the documents online!Vanessa was so helpful in overseeing the fixing up of the house. I’m sorry they only provided five stars.     Just look at the reviews... over 46 people have placed a review and they have over a 4.8 rating. No one is perfect so expect a bad review here and there. That being said they have a 4.8 they must be doing something right. My experience with White Picket has been nothing but excellent and I do business with them 3-6 times a year for the past 9 years or so. The twister is Im not a client. Im actually a contractor they hire. They treat me so well sometimes that I get confused and think Im their client. If they have excellent communication skills with me and take care of me.     Things did not workout with the first realtor appointed to us and a little time was wasted, but then Cesar Rodriguez was appointed to us and he was absolutely amazing.     The True Display of Professionalism...I cant believe how thorough and professional Alan not only responded so promptly from a random message but how he minimized such anxiety. He presented us with a printed binder (complete with photos that they had taken minutes before) and went through each line item in detail. Extremely knowledgeable, well-connected and very personable. Highly recommend and I cant say enough good things about our experience!

    Sold the home in under 5 days. Alan and White Picket Realty helped me sale my home in under 5 days (before we even listed it on HAR). I predicted that the home would sell for about $250,000, Alan got me an offer for $285,000 plus a backup offer for $290,000. If you need a Houston Real Estate Agent, I suggest White Picket Realty and Alan Hernandez.

    I can not believe how fast Manuel, Alan, and Mustafa worked to get my house sold. Mustafa called me back right away and within 3 weeks our house was sold and we made a profit. I will definitely be working with this company again in about a year or two when my husband and I decide to buy a new house. This company is very professional, timely, understanding and patient. Whenever I had questions or didnt quite understand a concept, the three men mentioned above took out the time to explain it to me until I understood it. Please work with this company !!!!!!     Working with Christina Browning at White Picket Realty was absolutely amazing. We closed a deal with them on a house in the Third Ward, we have been very pleased with this rehab. It is in an area of high interest for us as we buy properties in this area, East End, Near Northside, and the Heights. Christina was very professional through out, from meeting us to show the house on a weekend to closing on it only a week later! We closed quickly and Christina definitely made it happen.     My name is Jim Moore and I have had a house in Breenwood park for over 20 years, 5 years ago I moved into Deerfield and tried to sell my house in Breenwood with no luck. I decided to rent it out, big mistake. Early spring Mustafa (Moose) Faiz called and ask if I was interested in selling my property in Breenwood park, unfortunately I was under contract with another company.About 10 days ago Moose called to ask how I was doing with my house and I explained that a deal had fallen through and I still had my house. Since my contract expired with the other company; Moose wanted me to go with him. At first I was reluctant, but Moose assured me the contract would only be for three months.He then said he would sell my home for me within a month but was shooting for 10 days. Of course I was very skeptical but within 3 days we had and offer, and closed within a week. This was the best experience I have ever had with an agent.I recommend White Picket especially Moose to sell your house or property. he was very professional and super friendly, this was such a great experience.

    I talked to Mustafa Faiz of White Picket Realty when I was first trying to choose a realtor, and though I was impressed by his enthusiasm and energy, I thought it would be safer to hire a realtor who had more experience in my neighborhood. Boy was I wrong.... I had to get rid of that traditional realtor, and then reached back out to Mustafa. By that time, Id found out that my house had foundation issues, and I was at a loss as to how to proceed. Without ever relisting the house and within days of the contract signing, Mustafa found me two investment as is cash offers to choose from, and my house was sold. Closing was in less than two weeks. I was extremely impressed with Mustafas experience, energy, can-do attitude and success. My only regret is that I didnt choose him the first time around. Thanks for everything.
