It was a pleasure to work with Lewis and Lee Whitaker on the sale of a farm that had been in my mothers family for many years. They are knowledgable, professional and thorough. Lewis truly made it an easy process to conduct business remotely and kept me informed at each step of the sale. Lewis Whitaker, was extremely knowledgeable. As a trustee for an old family farm trust (while also living in Georgia) I needed an agent with extensive localized experience and knowledge that I could interact with remotely. I did online research and Lewis had a great reputation. Lewis was not only an expert in real estate but also was a farmer/rancher and was able to explain his marketing strategies. I had 2 quarter sections that I needed to sell in Hall and Parmer Counties. Due to their remote locations and the recent drought issues in the panhandle I expected a lengthy effort. However Lewis was able have contracts within 30days.
