The best experience Ive ever had dealing with buying or selling a home. Saying that Eduardo and Maru know what theyre doing is an understatement. Home transaction can get emotional and the team at westshore were in lock step throughout the whole process, with excellent communication and explanation of every step and outlining best options for their clients. Eduardo and Maru Osuna have helped me immensely with my living situation. In November 2018, the house I was previously renting caught fire and became uninhabitable. The following February, my left foot was amputated. After leaving the hospital, I was living in a motel and having a very difficult time finding anyone who would rent to me, because of my financial situation. Mr. and Mrs. Osuna, who knew me because Im good friends with their daughter, contacted me and said they had a house available. When my car wouldnt start, Mr. Osuna picked me up at the motel to show me the house. He and Mrs. Osuna worked very hard to get the house in good order before my friend and I moved in. Since then, they have been excellent landlords. They have always responded promptly whenever there has been a repair issue, especially a few months ago when, as it turned cold, the heating system didnt work properly. They immediately sent a technician to solve the problem. More recently, when the heating system was malfunctioning again, they quickly replaced the entire furnace. They have been good friends as well as good landlords, and are extremely kind, moral, and ethical people. I recommend the Osunas most highly to anyone who is in need of a good realtor.
