My husband and I worked with Ashly to purchase our first home in 2018. Three years later, we had to sell the home due to a job relocation. I have two home purchases and one sell using Ashly as my realtor in the past 9 years. In selling the first condominium, she advised to add a home warranty and before a sell could go through my hot water heater went out. I was able to have a new one installed with minimal cost to me. Ashly is also very honest and can help explain things plainly if you are new to home buying. She is also very timely when responding to inquires and an excellent go between buyers/sellers/contractors/mortgage companies, etc.

It was just absolutely wonderful working with Ashly! I was a first time home buyer and she was just amazing. She knew about the area, she took time to sit down and learn about the life my husband and I had and the life we wanted to make so that she could find houses that fit us, not just houses that were on the market. Ashly was great about going to see houses, she was super easy to work with on availability and was very quick on responses to emails, texts, and phone calls. It was so good as a first time buyer to have someone who knew about houses from buying and selling herself, she was more than willing to share her knowledge from the process to what problems she saw in the house and what she thought it might cost to fix small things that we didnt like about a house (if we liked the house overall). I cant describe how helpful and comforting it was to have someone as knowledgable about the market, houses, fixing stuff and approximate costs. It just set my mind and heart at ease which is invaluable to me since I was so nervous about the whole thing. She helped calm my nerves and was just a ray of sunshine the whole time. She even made sure to look after us and our interests when she was away on vacation for the weekend. I cant say enough good things about how wonderful it was to work with her. I do have to mention one thing though, she was just amazing with my 4 year old daughter. I usually have my kid tagging along wherever I go and Ashly was more than patient, she engaged my daughter just really warmed my heart with the way they interacted. My daughter still asks when will we see Miss Ashly?. That gives her ALL OF THE STARS in my book. Please, if you are going to buy a house, call Ashly up and she will be sure to take care of you and yours. You wont regret it!

If you are looking for a realtor, look no further… cause this woman is AMAZING!! Buying a house for the first time was very intimidating. I had NO idea what I was doing but she was SO patient with me throughout the entire process… even when I asked her to explain things for the third or fourth time.
