Jason and Erin were so resourceful during our buying process. Not only were they knowledgeable and filled with more than a decade of experience they were pleasant to work with also. A rare combination everything needed to provide outstanding results. During our home search and buying process we were out of state and this husband and wife team was on top of everything and always accessible when I had questions. I have purchased nearly ten properties and they were nearly the best I have worked with. -

We would highly recommend them to anyone!!We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jason and Erin West. They both have a sharp business mind and a strong grasp of the real estate market. We felt like we were going to look at properties with our best friends. They were warm, welcoming and very patient too. We made several trips out to North Dallas from out of state. I need more than 5 stars! This team is amazing! Jason, Erin and the rest of the team seriously go above and beyond the standard realtor duties and get the job done! Not all transactions are perfect perfect and as a first time home buyer, we wouldnt have wanted to be in anyone elses hands! They are professional, personable and fun, which for us was very important to get through one of lifes biggest purchases! We are super excited to have recently closed on our first home, but we actually miss having daily conversations with them! If you cant tell by now, we highly recommend the West Realty Team! -

My family moved from the Chicago area and never having been to the Dallas area, Erin and Jason’s YouTube videos were so helpful to get us familiar with the area. Once we reached out to the West team they were very responsive, personable, reliable and friendly with all of their communications. They gave us great insight to the North Dallas area and honest feedback on each of the homes they video toured for us. We cannot thank them enough for all of the help we needed during our giant move! The West team worked with the builders and provided a great local loan officer to further help our transition. We had a ton of questions which they answered in a timely and honest way that provided us with the confidence we needed and were not able to get with other realtors.
