Wendy is an absolute fantastic realtor! She helped with all aspects of the sale of our home. She found contractors to make repairs, completed excellent staging via her team member Nancy, and helped with all aspects of the sale. Perhaps most importantly, she remained available and served as a trusted source of information after the sale of our home, navigating property taxes and our family’s move. I can’t think of a more knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy realtor in the Houston area!

Wendy not only is a fantastic agent who knows the market and gets things sold, she’s a great person to work with. She’s organized, efficient and well connected. Her market analysis was spot on and she knows how to market and highlight the homes. We listed our home as the market was starting to slow down but we luckily sold quickly and at an excellent price I believe, thanks to Wendy.

The Best of The Best. I have sold and bought homes with Wendy. She is always one step ahead of the game and very realistic with where the market is currently. In selling your house it’s important to have your home staged well and the the photographs of your home need to be taken well. The photographer on one of my homes took day shots and night shots. I can say all of my homes were sold very quickly. Finding a home is hard for me. There is always a ton and Wendy gets it down to a few. I don’t like looking at homes. She ask a lot about what you’re looking for and sends a lot of homes for sale. She figures out what you like very quickly. One of her good attributes as a realtor is she really listens to what you want and she’s very honest with you.

Wendy and Nancy were incredible to work with. We relocated from NJ to TX. They went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home and even gave us some pointers that helped us sell our home in NJ.We trusted them from the first moment. They really know the area and got to know us and what we were looking for in our new home. We trusted them so much so we bought our house without ever setting foot in it. Three years later I can say their recommendations were spot on. We love our home and our neighborhood. Wendy is awesome! She is excellent at contract negotiations and helping provide guidance around decisions when both buying and selling a home. In my opinion, contract negotiations is one of the most crucial skills when selecting a realtor because it impacts you for the life of your loan and the value of your property. She has supported us on three transactions, and I would recommend her to anyone in the area looking for assistance with buying or selling their home.
