The first time I spoke to him on the phone he was very professional, knowledgeable, warm and friendly. He gave us great advice in so many areas, advising us as to what we should update, suggesting a flooring company to install carpet, tweaking the time to actually put our house on the market, and everything in between. We moved out of state before our house went on the market and he handled EVERYTHING. We had no worries thanks to Dean. Our house sold extremely quick and above asking!

We started looking for a realtor when my wife and I decided to upgrade homes. So when I started asking around, a friend of a friend referred Dean Weltman to me.Dean is a very relatable and kind type of guy. When he represents you as his client he makes sure to include you in everything.The process with him was very smooth even though the housing market at the time was not so good. He kept my wife and I very well informed with what was going on and I find him especially in-tune with what is happening in the housing market and keeps a very watchful eye on interest rates and the like. Even though it might be hard to put a number on it, by doing this he will save you money on the mortgage!He did very well to advise us of when was a good time to sell or to hold on and wait. I recommend Dean every time the subject comes up of needing a realtor and at this point I refuse to use anyone else. As a first time home buyer, working with Dean Weltman alleviated some of the inevitable stresses that come with the process. We had been working with Dean for almost 2 years trying to find a home, post pandemic and during the market boom. He was patient and willing to work around our schedule to show us homes, weekends, evenings, whenever. He is very knowledgeable and has a good eye for finding the good or bad in a house and how to fix it.
