I found Tammy on Google by searching Corpus Christi realtors and Weichert had the best reviews. It is evident as to why they have the best considering the phenomenal service I have gotten. Tammy was ready for us as soon as we walked in the door. She kept our list of houses prepared as well as some extras that we weren’t able to see for ourselves. Due to my being from out of town, time was very important and Tammy did not waste a single moment of it. My husband and I quickly looked through houses, so Tammy made adjustments and got us in to look at more. She also came prepared with cold water and drove us to each home so we could do some sight seeing. That evening she was emailing us available homes on the market that had features we were looking for. We also needed to put our house on the market but didn’t have any idea on a realtor to use. Madison started calling several realtors in our area until she found the perfect one for us. Once we listed our house we scheduled 2 long days of viewing the different houses we thought that we would like. We didn’t want to put an offer until we had one on our house. Luckily our house received an offer in 12 days, over asking price. Now it was time for us to make a decision. We messaged Madison to set up viewings of our favorite ones. She also added a couple others. We had it narrowed down to 2 houses. We made our choice and Madison took care of everything else. Our mortgage broker told us that we could close in 14 short days as we needed to close on our current house by then. The offer was made and we had a successful closing on the day we needed. The title company created a temporary issue but none the less we moved in that day. Madison went above and beyond for us. Anyone looking to buy or sell should know that Madison will be fair and honest during this whole process.

I moved to Corpus Christi from out of state and I already had a place lined up. It looked nice from the pictures, but when I arrived the house was a complete disaster. I wound up having to spend 5 nights in a hotel with a Uhaul truck full of my belongings packed in the parking lot, and I was stuck looking for a place to live over the holiday weekend. I randomly reached out to a contact listed for a rental property who then connected me with Eric Vela. Eric was super understanding of my situation, and he immediately started searching to help me find a new place (he literally called me back on Christmas day!). He went out of his way to show me properties on short notice, delivered paperwork to me at the hotel I was staying at, and spoke directly to potential leasing companies on my behalf. He was amazing to deal with and such a sweet person, I dont know what I would have done without him as I do not know this area at all and I was already exhausted from the move and it takes a lot of time and energy to plan showings and try find out about application processes, etc. If you are looking to buy or rent a new property I would highly recommend him!
