From the very first call, she listened intently to get to know us and help determine what factors were most important to us. She was always on time to meet us at properties and responded to all of our inquiries very quickly. She made moving from Phoenix to Houston a seamless experience by helping us a find the perfect home!

Scott Schaefer did an AMAZING job in helping with the sale of our home!! From the first moment we met, we could tell he was a go-getter who would make sure our home would sell successfully at the right price. He followed through on that first impression - between following up with contractors to facilitate repairs, coordinating fantastic photos and video and organizing a successful open house, Scott did everything he could to ensure our home would sell quickly and at the right price.Overall, were extremely satisfied with Scott as our realtor! Debny Greenlee helped us purchase our home in December of 2021 and then also helped us with the sale of it in February of 2024. Due to family emergencies and work obligations, we mostly had to conduct both transactions remotely. Debny went above and beyond to make everything as stress-free and easy as possible for us. She was available every time we needed to speak to her and consistently communicated with us about how everything was going. I definitely recommend going to Debny for any of your real estate needs! :)

The very best realtor. We relocated cross country from Pennsylvania to katy, texas during COVID right, days before Thanksgiving. Irina not only found us the perfect place for my family & I, but she also made sure the every step in the process was done correctly and smoothy. I was so worried about the move and finding the right home as I basically said yes to our rental via phone. Irina truly was able to filter through homes and go look at homes for us with perfect timing. I beyond recommend her she is very friendly very understanding and compassionate and can make the house hunting experience a breeze. I will definitely be having irina as our realtor when we decide to purchase a home and recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
