We are on our second lease with them. The property is older, and like any rental, new or old, there are bound to be some issues. However, they have always been quick to address and repair anything that comes up, which we really appreciate.As a tenant, I’ve always paid on time and only make requests when absolutely necessary. One constructive suggestion would be to ensure units are fully repaired before renting. This would make the move-in process much smoother and more seamless for tenants.Overall, I have no major complaints. Teresa, in particular, has been incredibly helpful and kind from the very beginning.I will mention that they asked for a lot of documentation during the application process. It felt a bit invasive at first, but I understand why they do it. It’s clear they’re being cautious because of past experiences, and ultimately, it gives me peace of mind knowing my neighbors have been thoroughly vetted.

My family and I were looking for property out in the country with enough land for our animals. I met with Teresa Soriano and she was amazing! She understood what we were needing, sent us info about a few properties and kept in touch until we found what we wanted. She is very knowledgeable about the properties, process, etc. If we had any questions or concerns she was always willing to help. The whole buying process was very easy also and they have excellent communication with the buyers which is a plus. Very grateful to have met Teresa!

My family & I were looking to move from a current rental to a bigger home. I found the property advertised on Facebook marketplace by Teresa Sorino. She was quick to respond back to me. It was a Saturday morning when I got in contact with her. Mind you she’s off on the weekends but still took time out of her weekend to answer all the questions I had. By Monday morning we started the process to rent the property. I had a deadline at my current rental to give them a 30 days notice. And she made sure we met the goal. The whole process went smoothly, thanks to her and her team.
