I first learned about Amy after I completed a research of realtors in Gun Barrel City. At that time she was associated with another company. I pulled up her stats of number of sells in a period 6 months and clients statements. In September Amy come to our home with stats of recent sells or comps, to give us realistic selling price. Plus comps to fight our property rate Increase. We were not selling till March, but Amy stayed in touch all the time. Amy found a realtor in San Antonio to assist us to find our new home. She worked hand in hand with the realtor to resolve any issues and make the transition as smooth as possible. When we were ready to sell I had no concerns that she started her own business. If she was successful at the other company I knew she would be successful (plus work harder) at her own business. Results: our house sold even before it was listed (buyer saw pictures being taken) and the deal was done. We received full asking price. Amy was in contact with us when needed and always took our phone calls. We have purchased/ sold at least 8 homes and by far she was the best. We highly recommend Amy in any selling or buying property. As a side note Amy is a very moral and honest person, hard to find anyone with more integrity.

These girls can get anything done. Amy talked me into seeing a home I didn’t think I could afford. Not only did she talk them down from asking price but she also went above and beyond by gifting us a beautiful housewarming gift. This was years ago and she still sends cards and other things. She got us our dream home and I couldn’t be more thankful. Madison and Amy are smart, caring and hardworking. They work well beyond the Monday thru Friday 9-5 and are very accommodating.

When I was trying to sell my Forney house, I had gone through 3 realtors in two years time trying to sell my house. Finally, I had asked Amy if she would sell my house, Amy had it sold within a couple of months. It was amazing how it only took her a couple of months vs the other 3 realtors over a two year period couldn’t get it sold. Amy & Madison are two of the most kind, honest, respectful, amazing women that you will ever know. If you want your house or property sold, give them a call and they will get it sold.

She also does a great job at making sure the property is best prepared to go on the MLS. Very importantly for the Cedar Creek Lake area, she seems to be very familiar with the real estate scene in that area, so she is very knowledgeable in advising on a fair transaction price for that market. She would be my go to agent if I purchase again in the Cedar Creek Lake area in the future.
