Wayne did an amazing job at selling my house quickly and for top dollar! He also found a great new home that I bought from a builder and was right there with me throughout the building and buying process for an entire year. Even after I closed on my new home, he has gone out of his way to help me out with any issues that have come up. Im definitely using Wayne to sell and buy the next time I move, and I highly recommend him to anybody else doing the same. He really knows what he is doing and provides awesome customer service at all times!

We just sold our house with Wayne Lightfoot with The Lightfoot Group/Compass Realty. This is the 3rd time weve dealt with Wayne as a realtor and truly feel like he goes above and beyond the call of duty. He has always been extremely professional and worked hard for us in every situation. Weve worked with him trying to secure a lower-priced house and also a high-priced home sale - each time, he navigated the different issues with ease.Wayne is easy to deal with, listens to you and your concerns and works accordingly. We used Wayne for the sale of our house, and for the subsequent purchase of a new house. For both transactions, Wayne was fantastic to work with and was willing to do anything we needed to help us out. For instance, we were set to close on the sale of our old house when the snowstorm of February 2021 hit - my wife and I couldnt get to our house to check on it for pipes bursting/water lines dripping - Wayne went out during the snow storm to check on our house for us, and make sure that all our faucets were dripping and that we didnt have damage. This is the kind of individual service that Wayne provides, that you just dont find in every realtor.I would highly recommend Wayne
