Steve, Kristine, and Kat have been upfront and on point with communication and their advice in helping us get our house sold for a good price in a reasonable amount of time. This is the 3rd house we have sold in the last ten years, but the first one where the plan has happened as intended. Although we are still fully in control of selling our home, we have the best support we could ask for. Would have no second thoughts of recommending this team to our friends and family or using them again for future needs.

We can’t say enough good things about Watters Realty. They’re unbelievably responsive, helpful, educational. My husband and I STARTED our home search in early 2021 right as the markets really started to become crazy. Worked with Kerrissa P on the sale of my home. I gave her a 30 day deadline because I was moving out of state and wanted everything settled before I left. Her and her team did it!! No time was wasted, papers were signed online, which was fast and efficient, and she was always available for a call. And I called often!
