It had been 25 years since I last purchased a or sold a property in the Austin Metro area. Couple that with weight of being the Executor of my mothers Estate, I needed to be sure that I went about selling the property in a fashion that honored my parents, that I did it once, and did it right.There were no shortage of realtor inputs and I do mean that I talked with a dozen or more options. Derrick Small’s was our realtor through our recent first home purchase. As stressful this process was he made me want to do it all over again. He was very informative and gave knowledge about the uneducated pieces we did not understand. He was accessible most of the time even answering phone calls on weekends and at night. We had a situation where the contractor had a miscommunication with the loaners that resulted in a delay closing date. He pushed to get us an early date during this situation. He is an easygoing person to talk to but will push for you when you need him to. Also this is our second go round looking for houses. We ended up backing out the first time and I thought he was done with dealing with us lol. He actually gave us encouragement that 3 months down the line we were able to find a beautiful home. I was looking at different homes on a website, not really ready to buy. Then I received an email from Shelly and thank God I responded to her. She was the best at her job. I would send her a text and she was very prompt in replying. If I had a concern, she was always there to help or answer my questions. She took all my details and sent several homes for me to peruse through. We went to look at about 7 houses and finally, I found the one! She would communicate on my behalf to everyone that was involved (loan officer, construction manager, sales counselor, etc.) to make sure everything was in place. I want to say Shelly Breidenbach is so amazing. I started my search for my new home in Texas back in January with a different realtor with your company. He left and Shelly took over his clients. She keep everything so positive for me in my search for my new home. When I would start feeling defeated because the homes my boyfriend and I would want for our family those homes would get sold. She would tell me our home is coming just give it time. Well in May 2024 we found a home we totally fell in love with so I sent her about 5 homes with one being the one we loved so when I flew in from Florida to Austin to do a walk through to make sure this was the home. The day we were to do the walk throughs I was having a balancing issue and a car issue which she was amazing and offered to meet us at the first house and drive us to all the houses we were going to look at. She is the sweetest, kindest person Ive met in a long time. We agreed at the end of the walk throughs that we found our house and she helped assist us in putting the contract in on it and wanted to make sure we asked for all we were entitled to. Saw the house on a Saturday signed contract and inspection ordered and scheduled before I left on Tuesday. She remained hyper focused on the purchasing of my home that when something would fall through or she would anticipate an extension needed she was on top of getting it all handled. Kept in contact with my boyfriend and I throughout this whole process. She went above and beyond when it got to closing on the property as I was having major issues with the lender and paperwork. Our original closing date was suppose to be July 3rd but got pushed back due to CD not being complete or balanced properly. Austin Title, Shelly, and Holly (sellers realtor) all worked over hours to make sure that our closing happened and everyone was either paid or received their new property. She has been amazing and I have no idea what all I can do to let her know how appreciative Arturo and I are for her being our realtor and getting our house closed. She would calm me down as I would be so stressed due to the issues with lending. I got to the point I thought we got this far and I am about to lose everything due to lending issues. Nope she was a lifesaver and I know for a fact my boyfriend is referring her to his friends that are looking for property or to sell property and I will definitely give her name to anyone I meet or know once I relocate there. I know my mother is looking for a home if in the area I have already given her Shellys name and number. :) Youre the best girl from day one to the end!!!

When we sold our house we were a little hesitant with getting assistance from a realtor. We felt it would be some sort of pressure sales tactic and that we wouldn’t get any real say, like it would just be about the commission for the realtor. The most important moment to me was sitting across my kitchen table and explaining the importance of the decision to sell my house and what I wanted to achieve. This review is for Watters International Realty but more specifically, Christian who was our realtor. My wife and I bought our first house and the whole experience can be daunting and stressful to say the least. Most people suggested we dont need a realtor since it is a new house we were buying. Im so glad I didnt listen to those people because without Christian, we would feel lost. He was our champion throughout the process. He kept up with EVERYTHING that was going on. From picking a house to closing, it took 14 months and Christian helped us stay on track the entire time. Anytime we had a meeting with the builder, Christian, would compile notes and then take the responsibility of following up with the builder to address things that came up during the meeting. He would also point out things that we had to take into consideration like warranty, loan, inspections etc. His input was extremely valuable and it helped us make decisions for our home. The thing I value the most about Christian besides his professional expertise and vast knowledge of the market, is how genuine his intention was to help us. We immediately felt comfortable with Christian and trusted him to guide us every step of the way. He was always available, even after working hours. Both my wife and I have 9-5 work schedule and it was difficult for us to attend calls or meetings between those hours and I greatly appreciate the fact that we could talk to him after we got off work and that he was always available. He also got us a bunch of gifts on our closing day. It was such an unexpected but pleasant surprise. She has been relentless in finding us a house that met our needs and with in our budget. She showed us the sale price comps and rental comps for every house we looked at.We wrote multiple offers over the last few months and never once did she hesitate even when we know were competing against multiple buyers.I think the key for me is this: Even in a competitive market where multiple offers above the listing price is common, Shelly was more grounded to what the real appraisal value of the house would be. It is most definitely a seller’s market out there and Watters International Reality did such a great job! As a first time seller, I had a huge knowledge deficit going into the process. I worked with Courtney and I’m not quite sure what I would have done without him and his expertise. Because of his knowledge of the market and the process, I was able to sell my house by the deadline I needed to and at a much higher price than I ever expected. Any questions I had, were answered quickly by either Courtney or Morgan. The team I worked with put my fears and anxiety at bay by explaining the different processes to me (sometimes more than once lol) and keeping me updated. The company’s marketing strategy is the best I’ve seen even now that I’ve moved to another city. I was so happy with Courtney and his teams services! Initially, I was going to put my home on the market in the summer of 2021. Courtney was so attentive and so confident that my home would sell quickly, I went ahead and put it on the market and it sold in less than 24 hours at above asking price!!! He was so flexible and made sure that all my questions were answered but more importantly that I understood. He walked me through the entire process and his team kept me on task through closing. Update. I had posted a few weeks ago that I had called Watters International Realty trying to get in touch with them about listing my home. No one had called me back. As it turns out, I may have spoken to fast. Im a business man myself and I have even dropped the ball a few times. I know, its hard to believe but true. 😊After posting the hastily review, Jennifer contacted me and made it right. After talking with her, I was well impressed at her presentation of how the company works and their services. I especially like the fact that they have agents that work only with the seller and a different agent that works only with buyers. I have not listed my home yet for unrelated reasons but when the time comes, theyre my first choice.

Keri Mohler was our realtor while we were buying our new house. She was very kind, super responsive, and very helpful throughout the almost 3-month long process. The house we ended up purchasing had another offer on it and according to the listing agent Keris respectful attitude was part of the reason we got the house. Our house buying process was definitely a roller coaster with multiple setbacks along the way and Keri was definitely able to be flexible with us the whole time. We needed to sell our house fast because we were moving out of state to be closer to family and found out about Chris Watters Realty through listening to KLBJ on the radio. Out of all of the options out there, we decided to give them a call. We did not regret our decision. Cory Cain came out to our house an hour away in Lago Vista the next day. She took time to show us the marketing plan for selling our house which was very impressive and it worked. She helped us come up with a reasonable price for our home and we ended up selling the house for $20k more than what we asked for it. We could have gotten more for it, but our house was over ten years old and it was time for some maintenance from the ground up that we did not have time to take care of before placing it on the market. Cory kept in contact with us through out the entire sale process which was really helpful considering we were out of state caring for a sick parent. We had several offers on the house and took an offer within less than two weeks on the market. The home sale was complete before I was expecting it. Cory notified us immediately when the sale was complete and we all celebrated! If you are looking to sell your home too then do not hesitate to call Chris Watters!
