I must admit at first I thought this was a scam the way the process went through so smooth and so fast was incredible. Looking at the reviews from years back I thought I was really about to be scammed but the fact the Viren met me on a Sunday morning at his office and secured my payment on the house was great. My babies love the house and so do I. It’s not often you see your babies smile about a lot anymore seeing that my daughter just loss her life during surgery and now I have to a lot to deal with in helping her recover and Mital helped and reassured me that she was on my side and this house was for us… the house is great and the process was easy thank you for all you done and are doing for us it is greatly appreciated… we just moved in Sunday and we’re already getting settled in thank you again. Viren Shah from VP Realty knows what they are supposed to do for property management. When I purchased my home in Celina, it needed a remodel. The VP Realty team provided me with quotes, negotiated with contractors, and brought the optimal price for the job. They coordinated and prepared home with the most contemporary style with the most efficient price. The home was also listed in parallel, which brought us the tenants right while the work is being done. The whole transaction was smooth and efficient for us.They also know which properties need inspections from the city if you have to rent. The inspection forms were submitted right along when the property was closed. The entire inspection process and rental registration were handled seamlessly for me. That shows the experience these guys have. Your property does get taken care of when you work with this company.

Wonderful management company to work with. If you pay your rent on time, you will be valued and taken care of beyond the norm for most management companies! I have been late maybe once or twice due to banking issues and had ZERO problems. They are very understanding. They are also very responsive and immediate with all maintenance requests (which we only have had two in two years, one caused by a storm)! Mital especially has been a wonderful person to work with and Mital worked with us on the details of renewing our lease and supplemented communication between the owners, Viren, myself, and herself. Mital helped all of us reach a compromise promptly and provided the documents needed to renew the lease quickly. Great communication all around and these people are so understanding and helpful. Once I am able to purchase my own home and move (or if any other extenuating circumstances arise where I need to move), I will also update this review with the details of the security deposit process. Great homes, great prices, and great people.

We had a SFH in Haltom City, Fort Worth listed with VP Realty which was very rough. Viren had one of their remodelers engaged and they did a great job. After extensive remodeling the SFH was rented in a short time. I really appreciate the total involvement from Viren and Anjali to get this home rented as well as finding ways to increase the rent amount. Great team effort and communication with their customers. They came highly recommended from one of our friends and would highly recommend to others as well.

We have been using VP realty services since the year 2020 for our real estate business need. We used their realty service to own rental properties in Texas. They are thorough with their paperworks, listing tenants terms and conditions and provide market competitive rate in terms of property management service. Apart from leasing and managing the property, VP realty also provides legal assistance in property matters. The team is highly professional and they keep customer’s requirement as their goal. As a Real Estate Business owner, I have also experienced cases where the property had to be vacated and transferred back into our possession. I must admit that VP realty’s legal team helped me achieve what we needed. Their legal team consists of consists of legal attorneys who helped me with the process. Especially Ravi and Vaishali who took care of the eviction process smoothly taking away the hassle of going through court proceedings and the follow ups. Ravi is highly experienced in legal matters and helped us make right decision with the court trials that ultimately let the decision turn into our favor. Vaishali on the other hand is meticulous with the details that go into the legal proceedings. I would highly recommend VP Realty service for real estate owners and businesses to partner with them for their needs.

Want to start off by saying VP REALTY has been good to me and my family from the start. When first applying for a property they reached out fast and had me approve in two days. Move in was smooth. Before moving in we had a small plug problem and reach out to them and they responded fast and had it fix’s in a day not just that they are always easy to communicate with. I have rented from this VP Realty for over five years. The staff has always been very easy to reach and very personable. Any issues we had have always been addressed promptly. Love the neighborhood quiet and a great place for kids with a playground and basketball court on the property. Since we have been here the property manager provided a new dishwasher when ours broke and replaced all the windows when a leaky window became a problem and have always reimbursed me for supplies on any fixes I have done on my own.
