Moving long distance was never in my life plan; however having the right person helping us sure made a world of difference!Upon my first conversation with Violet her unwavering dedication to me and my family has been top notch. She was committed to understanding our location needs based on commuting routes and preferences. She listened to our wants in a home and also our priorities that made our situation unique and catered to each of our request from budgeting to gardens to a park close by! She worked tirelessly to ensure our satisfaction.Violet has extensive experience in the home buying process and worked closing with my loan company and title company to keep effective communication between all parties involved. She would help me understand clearly what was needed to expedite the process. There were times she was on family events like a field trip and still responded when we needed her. Her personalized care added the touch we needed that gave my family a sense of peace knowing she was representing us in our home purchase. She had impeccable attention to detail with both the inspection and appraisal explaining each component and calling to find more information when we needed it. She advised on repairs and collected receipts to validate work was completed. She went to the property taking video footage and FaceTime with use along each step! As a first time home buyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect or what to even do or look for. By the grace of God, I got lucky and got Violet as my agent she is fantastic and I cannot express how easy she made the home buying process. When I first said I was interested in a home she responded very quickly and showed me the house the SAME DAY and even offered to show me a second house, which I thought was awesome considering it takes a lot of time to drive across town and call different listing agents to see different houses. This is my first home so I wasn’t sure exactly what to look for but upon meeting Violet I saw that she cared about me making the right purchase. She was not just in it for the money, and i never once felt pressured. She looked at things during the initial walk thru to make sure they were good before I even made an offer on the home. she’s very experienced, professional, knowledgeable and kind. All while being down to earth and easy to talked to. Violet worked around my schedule and made the process so much easier, she is great with communication, and I can’t think of a time she didn’t respond, almost immediately, answered all my concerns and questions, and reassured me in my times of doubt. I also had a great loan officer, who also told me on multiple occasions how great Violet was and how they made a great team. He told me how she was one of the best that he’s worked with and how it made his job so much more enjoyable. Speaking with friends that are also going through buying their first home, they told me how they’re having such a hard time scheduling things and doing things, I was confused, because Violet made it very easy and did everything for me. All I ever had to do was just confirm appointments and sign documents. We communicated through email text, phone calls & Voice Memos. She even offered to give me a ride when I was having car trouble to deposit the earnest money check and to take me to my final signing during closing. I highly highly recommend Violet she is just fantastic, and you will not be disappointed. If I ever buy another house in the future she will for sure be in my corner. Homebuying is tricky enough but it doesn’t have to be hard with the right team. It makes the stressful process much much easier! Without her I’m not sure if I would even be in my new house, writing this review right now. Owning a home has been a goal and a dream of mine since 2016 and now finally after all these years, Violet made it a reality! Thanks Violet for everything, you truly are awesome!!!

He was very professional, very productive, answered any questions we had. If there was a problem that needed to get fixed, he would get done asap. Having Chris on our side during the closing of our new home we felt completely unstressed about closing. Even after we closed and moved into our new home Chris is still checking up on us to see how we are doing. We are really pleased with everything that Chris did for us.

If you and/or your family is looking for a realtor look no further violet is AMAZING my husband and I just had a new born and really wanted to buy a house this year but with all the craziness and our lease ending soon at the apartment we didn’t think we had enough time to find and buy so we were gonna rent again which I really did not want to do bc in Texas the rent is the same price as a mortgage so I told my husband that my old highschool teacher who I genuinely loved was now a realtor so I reached out told her what our family wanted and needed and violet made it happen as soon as I reached she started sending me homes and builders and scheduling tours! My husband and I are first time home buyers and we were able to purchase a NEW 2024 Lennar home and the process was very smooth we closed in less than a month.
