As a young first time home owner let me just tell you that Victor and his entire team are the one stop shop to a stress free environment when making the biggest decision of your life. Victor was knowledgeable and helpful when I asked him questions about neighborhoods, schools, communities, ect. Víctor had answers to 99% of the questions I had, and for the few questions he couldn’t answer, he made sure to get an answer within the hour. We looked at a handful of houses all over the temple area, late afternoons, weekends, no matter when it was victor accommodated. We could not be happier with the support we got from bison creek, and now we get to come HOME every day to the perfect house for our family. This is the second time I’ve bought a house with victor as my agent and after the last time I didn’t think things could be any easier. However this was the easiest process ever.
