I highly recommend Victor for any of your real estate needs! Not only is he knowledgeable but he is honest and willing to go above and beyond to help make you feel at ease during the entire process. This is not the first time my family and I have used him and will continue to use him as we trust him 1000%. My mom now contacts him directly whenever she sees something that spikes her interest (and she sees A LOT that interests her 😅) but although it may not turn into a transaction every single time, the fact that he always replies quickly or takes time out to do a showing speaks volumes as we all know how busy real estate agents are. The commitment and passion he has in finding the perfect home for his clients exudes and is what entices us to use him repeatedly.

Victor was a very thoughtful and professional realtor.Being from out of state he went above and beyond in my home search. He spent time visiting sites before I came out to visit, providing careful feedback. I thought this was considerate and helped me manage my short window of time to find a home. Once we found the right house he was helpful with the negotiations and patient with my requests. Even after we closed, Victor was supportive in helping me find local craftsman for projects I wanted to start right away. He helped communicate and plan, again above and beyond! I would highly recommend Victor to other home buyers.
