I have used Ashton Cherry twice now to buy and sell my homes. He is amazing to work with! I always feel I have received top dollar for the house I am selling as well as getting the house I am buying at the lowest price due to his excellent abilities as a negotiator. I was really pleased with his efforts at the house I just purchased. It was a flip house and he made sure the inspection was very thorough and the seller sent his contractors back for all the major systems of the house, to clean up details and ensure I moved into a safe house with a good home warranty should I need it. Home is more important than ever to all of us in the light of dealing with COVID-19 and I wouldn’t want anyone but Ashton on my side when making this most important purchase for my family.
