Recently coming out a bad experience and failing to sale my home with a different realtor, Chris Beal had some walls to overcome. I was freshly pessimistic about the process, but Chris was very attentive and actually listened to my needs as a client. He really made me feel more like a friend. His professionalism was unmatched, and his drive was above reproach. My words can’t truly express the gratitude I have for the level of service Chris provided me. I was very fortunate to find a realtor that was dedicated and determined to sell my house in this economy…and for those that house has been on the market for a long time, you know what I mean. As I read my review, it sounds like I was paid to write this review…well my home sold at asking price so maybe I was (lol). Needed a realtor. Interviewed three.Selected Christopher Beal because:He is platinum top 50 in San Antonio. Meaning one of the best. But he wasnt in the top ten, so he is still hungry and always called and texted back. I had a million questions and he was always there, never annoyed and very knowledgeableHe has a unique beta testing partnership w zillow, that allowed him to showcase and video houses through zillow Ads. This leads to more views, and with video, more intent showings. I truly felt this showcased my house in the best way possible.We got my house sold for the asking price inside of 40 days, and it was sold for higher than the appraisal. Dont feel like we left money out there.Choose Chris - you wont regret it!

This was by far the best experience we had in selling a home. My mom had lived in her home for over 35 years. When you try to convince a parent that its time to let go it sometimes is not an easy feat. Chris was very thorough and patient in explaining things to my mom. Chris also new that I was helping my mom from out of state and was very good in communicating everything to me as well as sending referrals my way when it was time to do some repairs. The customer service was exceptional and if I could, I would give him 10 stars!

Chris is that guy. Every single step of the way, he was there on the phone with the sellers.
