Well, first off, this was my first time buying a home so I had no idea what to expect. Veronica asked us what we wanted in a home and set us up on your MLS system that emailed us homes in our area and price range. She did this part without a pre-qualification letter. Once we got the letter we searched in Northlake, Midolthian, Mansfield, Fort Worth and finally Johnson County. She did a ton of work and a ton of driving. And we found our forever home. She knew an inspector and we used him. Veronica was with us the entire way.The very worse part of this was the lenders. They needed paperwork after paperwork after documents. It got old pretty quickly. I’m told everyone has to go through that.What I wasn’t expecting was an appraisal for less than the purchase price that I had to walk away from. Veronica encouraged me to stay in the game. I’m glad we did because we found a new build with more sq ft that we like a lot better than the first house.My advice to you, the buyer, get your finances in order. No slow pays on your credit and no over drafts on your bank account. Pay off all your big debt bc I found out it’s not just a credit score they look at, it’s your debt to income ratio. Make sure you are current on your filed income taxes. Make sure you can compromise on your must haves bc unless you make a ton of money with A+ credit, you are going to find every single thing you want. My advice is to focus on 3 must haves.Veronica a is amazing and she loves her job. She will sell any priced home. She’s not snooty like a lot of agents.My advice for sellers, get in touch with Veronica and she will review your property and tell you exactly what you need to do to sell it. Sellers don’t always listen to the agent but she knows the market better than you and she wants your home to sell.I’m so glad I found her and she’s become a friend for life.Happy house hunting !!!!!

We liked Veronica as soon as we met her. Shes very knowledgeable about the real estate market where we lived and gave us good pointers on how to prepare the house for potential buyers. We were out of town during the freezing weather, and she purchased a cover for the outside faucet and put it on. She was also at the house every day we were gone to be sure the faucets were dripping, and picked up the mail. She was always available to help with questions and interceding with the buyer. Veronica is highly intelligent and has a sweet personality - a Godsend.

It has been a busy 5 months! In May we visited friends in the Hill Country and took the major step of building a house there. As exciting as that was we faced having to sell our house in Plano. Our Georgetown realtor hooked us up with Veronica Haynes in Plano and it was no turning back! Our first meeting was just to look at the house and give us tips to get it ready for sell. We didnt want to move twice and Veronica wasnt pushy about getting it on the market. We really appreciated that and her guidance for preparing the house. Four months later after decluttering and sprucing up the place, Veronica gave us one last walk thru before the photographer took pictures. The photo shoot went great and we were listed in early September. We decided to time hitting the market with a two week trip. Veronica took advantage of the time to schedule multiple open houses to get the most traffic thru the house. She took care of the house as if it was her own...vacuuming and straightening up where needed. She also gave us regular updates. Once we were back, she continued with open houses determined to sell the house. Her tenacity was a major part of the house selling in a month without any major headaches. She was level headed and guided us thru the forms and process to keep us calm. Her personality was always positive and up-beat which is a big plus when working with possible customers and other realtors. She was always quick to answer any questions we had and follow-up with us. She is a great realtor and we would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house! Thanks Veronica for all your hard work!!

Veronica is totally awesome. My husband and I had been looking for a place,after several attempts and hundreds of dollars we were still being denied. Veronica came into our lives and did her thing. Within 1 week she had found us an amazing townhome. Didnt pay anything until we were approved. This place had all the qualities we wanted. She absolutely showed her skills and her ability to actually care about her clients. Im giving her a score of 120%. Try her and quit blowing money.
