Jenny and her team were absolutely amazing to work with! From the start, they guided us through the selling process (it was our first time selling a house). They were incredibly professional and helped advise us with each step. They also respected any decisions that we made, helping us understand each part of the decisions as well as what was the right next steps. Jenny was SO INCREDIBLY RESPONSIVE. We had multiple conversations after hours, on weekends, and even while she was on vacation (we sold around the holidays so everyones schedule was crazy!). At one point, she was assisting us from Belize, helping us to coordinate our close and finish negotiations from multiple parties. Jenny always had our best interest at heart and fought to make sure we got the best deal, from sales price offers to fighting for money for repairs. Her team was also incredibly responsive; Lacy helped us TREMENDOUSLY with all scheduling and coordinating closing. We will continuously go back to the Vaughn Team and recommend them to all of our friends and family looking to move.
