I bought a historic home in downtown Bastrop and Ann Van Zandt was my Realtor. She was very knowledgeable of the real estate market and of historic homes. Ann was the best Realtor I have ever worked with and I’ve bought numerous homes. She spent a lot of time researching the history of the house and of historical requirements for my planned remodel. She went above and beyond in everything! Ann will be my Realtor for life!

Super Professional. We wanted to buy a piece of property near our grandkids, son and daughter in law. Whenever we take the 1,200 mile trip from Florida to Texas, we do what the kids and grandkids want to do. We visit a variety of places but not with an intent to buy anything. So when we started looking to buy, we realized that we didnt know the area.We were so glad we picked Ann.She helped us assess our needs and was very responsive to meeting with us, returning calls and emails and most of all, helping to negotiate the purchase of a building lot.Ann set up meetings, referred builders, helped arrange settlement, even gave us the name of a company to keep the grass cut. Best choice for remote sale of your property. I needed to sell family property and only wanted to travel to Texas once. Ann and her close ties with the title company made it possible for me to spend about an hour in her office to make it all happen. Our property sold in less than a month, for more than we expected and minimal effort on our part. We could not be happier.
