From initial contact through post-closing, Sean Na was the ultimate professional. He set clear, reasonable expectations and offered a very fair price for my home. He was available when I had questions or needed something. He was also proactive, stayed in touch with me to ensure things were going smoothly, and reached out to the Title Company for me like a friend or advocate would. Ive sold more than 20 houses in my lifetime and this experience was by far the absolute smoothest, most transparent one ever. Our experience with ValueSource was top-notch with absolutely no complaints. Sean Na was the bomb! We were extremely uneasy about the process of selling our home after being bombarded with dozens of companies soliciting our business, yet having very particular and specific needs due to our tenant situation. Sean met with us and outlined our options with NO high pressured tactics, literally walking us through multiple choices and thoroughly explaining every step of the process. Sean located a buyer within a couple of days and the offer was above and beyond what we believed possible.
