Valerie was spot on in helping us sell our parents house. We followed Valeries lead on preparation before it hit the market. She suggested a pre-inspection which was invaluable, and we addressed some items. We sold it on the first day it was on the market for the price we wanted! We also received another full price offer on the 2nd day it was on the market. Thanks to Valeries thoroughness, our sale went extremely well!Valerie is very professional and courteous, and we would recommend her to anyone seeking an agent. Valerie had the patience of a saint, even after being denied twice by our lender we eventually pulled through. Valerie is the best! She listened to what we wanted in a house and did a great job showing us houses on our wish list. Valerie was easy to contact and returned our phone calls/texts/emails within the same day.After looking for a few months, my wife and I decided to work with a building company to build our home. Valerie stayed in contact with us throughout the entire building process and attended meetings that we scheduled with property managers to make sure we were being treated fairly by them.

Valerie is super organized and professional. When she showed us houses, she had an organized folder with information about the neighborhood and houses we were seeing all set up in order of our appointments. We saw so many houses in the limited time we had to look, that our time was really optimized. She is really knowledgeable and I recommend her highly.

Valerie cares about both sides of the sale! Not that she doesn’t look out for her clients, but a good honest sale means not shorting the other side just to get a sale!! You want both parties to be treated fairly! People should be as honest and curtious because you never know when you may need help from the buyer or seller! For example i have seen where a seller is really difficult to work with because they feel they have the upper hand! Thats not how you really want to be! Then when inspection time comes the seller finds out they have issues with their home that they didnt quite realize! Well, now they may need buyers to prolong their option agreement so they can fix the problem! Now the buyers have a bad taste in their mouth from being treated unfairly and wont extend the option agreement! Long story short! Dont burn bridges and always be fair to each other! You never know when you may need each others help. Valerie always goes beyond just a sale!! She treats both sides with respect and wants to make sure everyone is happy and she really knows every step to take to insure her clients are satisfied!
