A PROMISE FULFILLED After Valarie saw my house, she made me a promise.She said, “You have a beautiful home, and I will find the right buyer for you.” She was terrific at making me feel comfortable.Immediately, she went to work by posting top-notch photos of my house. It was amazing to see her work so diligently. There were many showings and many first-class open-house dates. I know because she kept me informed about everything.One day, I received a call from her stating, “I’ve found the right buyer for your house.” Hearing those words took a load off of me.If you want your house sold promptly, call Valerie Bahm. I highly recommend her. She’s very knowledgeable and sincere. She has unbelievable real estate expertise. The fact is, if she promises you, she will follow through. Valerie, I can’t thank you enough for selling my house. You were excellent.

I used Valerie Bahm the 1st time to sell a small ranch in East Texas after another realtor did nothing for several months. She came over and we walked the property. She sent an excellent photographer who also did aerial shots along with great house and barn pictures. The advertising she did fit my ranch SOLD. So when it came time to sell my house in Sachse I had to use her again and got the same great and friendly service. She came by and we talked about everything and then she sent out the photographer and got right to setting up an open house the next weekend. It was no time and this house was SOLD. Valerie has always gotten back with me in any questions I had. She was a great realtor for me twice and she will be one for you too!!
