I have purchased 9 homes in my lifetime and have found Karen Ballard to be the most careing and dedicated realtor I have ever used. She goes above and beyond what one normally expects of a realtor and will go to any extreme to insure that you are treated fairly and are fully satisfied. I wouldnt consider using anyone else. She is at the very top of her field.

I’m a first time homeowner and was blessed to have the pleasure of working with Ms. Karen Ballard as my realtor. She makes sure she understands what it is that you’re looking for and what you can comfortably afford, that way you’re only viewing homes that’s fitting for you. She’s very thorough in doing her research about the homes you view and makes sure the home is in the best condition for you and if anything needs to be addressed, she makes sure they are or she would highly recommend looking elsewhere (which was greatly appreciated).She also has an impeccable pipeline of individuals that she’s worked with for over a decade who’s just as awesome and dedicated to their profession and clients as she is (loan officer, inspector, contractors, ect.). They all were very knowledgeable and informative about the process and whatever questions I had; which were a ton. I’m actually still working with individuals I’ve met through her and they have been great.Also, she made the home buying process feel as if i was looking for a home with a friend or relative. She’s just as curious and excited about the houses as you are and will give you “real life” stories and examples of what to expect and look for while viewing homes. I even had an unforeseen issue with a home I was closing on due to the seller not disclosing vital information. Ms. Karen went above and beyond, which she always does, to help me resolve the issue as if it happened to her.All in all, I am grateful for Ms. Karen. She is very knowledgeable and genuinely treats you like family. I’ve learned so much during this process, that it has completely changed the way I view homes. She’s my forever realtor Lol! I actually insisted my granny work with her to sell her home, that way I know my granny is in great hands and will have someone who’s just as dedicated to selling the home for the best price possible as she is. She’s AWESOME and I would definitely recommend anyone in the texas area to experience her as their realtor. *chefs kiss*

My wife and I just bought our first home and were blown away how awesome our realtor, Grace Hong, was! From the beginning to the end, she not only successfully managed our crazy (not an easy task), she actually embraced it, resulting in us moving into our dream home! Grace is a personable, master negotiator who worked tirelessly around our odd work hours to close the deal! We could not be more happy and satisfied with Grace’s performance. She’s a pro and it showed!

I definitely recommend Jim Atkinson for any realtor needs! We had a seamless process selling our home and purchasing a new one in this crazy market. He was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was going smoothly. He also reassured that we would find our dream home when it can be a daunting process. He always had everything prepared and kept us informed throughout the entire process. I’m definitely grateful for the experience we had and recommend him to all friends and family.

Laurie Joyce was our agent. She was extremely helpful throughout our house shopping experience. Though we didnt get the first one we called her for, we were so pleased and charmed by her that we worked with her in our search. Ive waited a year to write this review to make sure, and now I am - We now live in the house of our dreams. Laurie helped, guided and advised us throughout the process and delivered more than was necessary or expected. Kept in constant contact with us. She even came to our house warming party! I would recommend her to anyone searching for a home!
