I had the best experience working with Austin. I couldn’t believe how responsive he was to all of my family’s requests and questions, and he was so knowledgeable about the Texas market, far more than we ever hoped. He took the time to listen to our needs, then came up with a marketing strategy that worked.Austin helped with staging and photographs, gave me good and thoughtfully critical advice on finishing the house. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved my stress level even though we were on a very tight timeframe. I truly believe his expertise was the key factor in selling our home. I have bought and sold homes in multiple states. By far the best realtor I have ever worked with. I highly recommend Austin.

Josh is a consummate professional. He taught us how to buy a home and we used that method sequentially. He helped us find our dream home in Denver, and 12 years later he helped us to sell that home in record time.He is understanding, reliable and his patience is without measure. Austin helped my family and I find our 1st home. He is very knowledgeable about the San Antonio area. He treated my family and I with respect. And truly cared for us. I wanted to let everyone know of my experience with Austin. I had a very specific home I was looking for( high ceilings for my 66 tall husband ) etc and Austin was able to find the right home . So to make a long story short, Austin found a home for me and ask me to put offer on the home without me walking thru to see the home . (SMILES) I thought to my self are you crazy. So I trusted Austin and this home was exactly what I was looking for. Other realtors I meet in pass was not able to do this . Thank you so much Austin for being patient with me and finding the right home for me.

Yesenia was amazing and my experience with her allowed me to buy exactly the house I was looking for at an amazing price! I would recommend her to anyone! She went above and beyond to close on my house even doing the listing agents work when they wouldnt to ensure my house would close on time.Yesenia is the best!
