Herbert is extremely knowledgeable in an area I have zero experience. Hes a great listener and very resourceful. I appreciated all the advice he provided helping me understand what I needed to update or repair before showing the house. I am very happy with the manner in which my house was presented in the listing. Herbert is excellent at communicating, never leaving me in the dark about expectations or what the proper etiquette might be, since Ive never sold a house before. I dont remember how we were lucky enough to find Allen, but no other agent could have managed to be patient with us for the two years it took to find the perfect home for us.His previous work as an inspector and thorough knowledge of possible issues with a home are invaluable. He truly has an eagle eye when touring a home and somehow knows how much repairs would be.Allen is always honest with us instead of sugar coating answers just to close a deal. He also never made us feel like we were a bother (even after two years of looking). We trust him and appreciate the time he took with us. He quickly answered every phone call, text message, and email. We never had to ask for anything because he was already on top of everything. He also made sure we knew what to expect during every step of the way and gladly explained things we didnt understand.At no point in the last two years have we regretted having Allen as our agent.
