My family have used apartment locators for years but this service in particular was great! Being a full time mom, student and working, doesn’t leave much time for me to conduct a search. Phillip was so sweet and very quick to respond and have me options at great rates. I found my dream apartment within a week! Their services make the transfer to the new place a breeze. If you haven’t used them, they are totally free and purely work off your referral to the complex. 100% worth it.

Phillip was awesome in helping us find an apartment quickly. He was super responsive but not to the point of spamming. He helped me find apartments that I couldn’t on the mainstream websites at a much better price. They’re very good at following up with you to make sure everything is going accordingly.
