I had the most amazing time looking for rental homes with Regina Armstrong . She was very organized and professional. Regina asked me prior to seeing these homes what I was looking for and may sure the rental homes we looked at had thing from my list. She listens and has a great personality! Taheidia has been so amazing helping me find a place in Houston while I was all the way in North Carolina. She would respond quickly and answer all the questions I had very politely. She visited a few places for me, took video tours, gave me her input. To make sure I loved my home she even went back a few more times to show me and help me understand what to expect when I move there. She made a stressful time for me so much easier with all the work she did, I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Ms.Veneisha Brown was recommended to my fiancee and I by a work colleague and she provided excellent service from the beginning of the process and continues to, well after closing. We highly recommend Ms.Brown without any reservations.Most importantly, Ms.Brown was always honest with us about what she thought about each property, was always available and helpful, and we always felt that she truly had our best interests at heart. Even now, more than a month after closing, she still cheerfully recommends contractors and other service providers when we contact her looking for suggestions as we complete work on our home.In the future, if we ever decide to move, we will definitely use Ms. Brown again to both sell our home and find a new one.She was a Godsent :)

Our agent Veneisha Brown was so very good at her job. We were trying to relocate and had to find the right house for three ladies near the university. Also not knowing a thing about the area and being states away, this is quite difficult. While other agents said they couldn’t offer video tours, she was able to give us multiple walk throughs of houses and neighborhoods, which she was also able to do with all three of us. And she did this multiple times, going to the different locations we were interested in. We would recommend Veneisha in a heartbeat, she was very efficient and pleasant and does her job well.

Veneisha Brown was our realtor and she was really on top of it! She’s very personable yet professional. She customized a list and put it all in order so that we were not jumping all over the map. We moved from conroe to sugar land, and she made sure we did not waste any time making the drive to the other side of town, for sure! Each day was filled with multiple homes to look at and she really took the time to find ones that fit all of our wants and needs. I loved the fact that she offered to do video tours as well; in case we couldn’t make it in person. We are first time renters and she gave us wonderful tips and helped us in every way possible. Would highly recommend her!

Veneisha was so so helpful in this process. Me and my roomate moved from IL to Houston and weren’t able to check out apartments ourselves. Veneisha gave me video tours of multiple apartments and helped us pick the right one for us. She drove around the neighborhood to get a good idea of what it’s like and tell us if it seemed safe or not. She was very knowledgeable of Houston and also the moving process. When we arrived there was some issues on the apartment owners end but Veneisha was quick to help us figure it out and even drove to our apartment to make sure everything was being done to correct the issues. It took a lot of stress off the moving process, thanks Veneisha and Urban Luxe Properties!

About a almost 2 months ago me and my husband decided to move to the Houston area and my heart was set on the Katy area. Veneisha simply went above and beyond to do video tours because we were in the Chattanooga Tennessee area and couldn’t come back and forth. No matter what time I called or texted she made herself available. She was able to find something I like and my husband which is hard to do. She even picked up our keys from the Real estate office for us to our brand new home. We will be the first living there. I couldn’t have asked for a more honest and caring realtor. We started off looking for realtors in the Houston area that would help us find a place to stay and Veneisha Brown was very quick to respond and very helpful. We were also moving from a different state so we stayed in contact through FaceTime and email which was no problem at all. As soon as we got to Houston we hit a couple of bumps in the road, but Veneisha did not hesitate to assist us. She made sure that we had everything set and ready and that we felt at home and for that we are very grateful. Veneisha Brown and Urban Luxe Properties gets a 5 star 10/10 from me. Highly recommend!
