Grant was exceptional. I found his information completely by accident and thought I would take a chance because I felt lost. We live in the Midwest and my daughter had just graduated from college. She had a position in Dallas and needed an apartment. I was completely overwhelmed and terrified about the thought of moving my daughter to a city I wasn’t familiar with. Grant talked me down and helped with budget and location. He gave me all of the information I needed to feel comfortable. He found us the most amazing apartment for her! It was the right location, had the security we were looking for and the staff is absolutely amazing. I feel very fortunate to have found Grant! Would highly recommend.

I started watching YouTube’s of the many options available in Dallas for my newly graduated daughter, who is soon to be working for Goldman Sachs. (She didn’t want temporary housing; she wanted to get settled in and jump into her new life!)Grant’s channel and touring software is the MOST informative, unique and thorough which led me to reaching out to him one evening… and the very next morning before my eyes cracked open here in the MountainWest he had already sent me a message of assistance.Grant suggested we speak on the phone despite him having some initial ideas based on my description of what my daughter was looking for… this was refreshing, as usually these days, people just want to text or shoot you a cumbersome spreadsheet with links and you still have to do the “finding” yourself.Anyways, I was so happy I spent the time on that first call! Quickly we were able to cull the preliminary list to two areas and a handful of properties. Then applying budget, availability, checking reviews independently and we were honing in on the right place.Grant looped in my daughter, a young, really smart (and social, fitness nut) professional into the process, answered all her questions about neighborhoods, safety, social, transportation, recreation to really help her analytically determine what would best suit her. He was amazing!We had to complete this search from out of state, so I can only imagine his offer to provide in person tours of the properties( if you’re in Dallas) would make the usually dreadful experience of finding “the right place” and neighborhood incredibly easy and enjoyable!If you are reading this, call Grant.
