I had the pleasure of having Jayda and Valerie as my realtors buying my dream home . Would recommend them 10 out of 10. Very professional and knowledgeable. These 2 went out of there way and worked around my schedule getting out of work late and showing me houses late at night till we found the right one. Had some complications after I had signed for the house and these 2 went out of there way and payed out of their pockets to fix what the seller had did to the house. Highly recommend these 2

We had the pleasure of having Stephanie Vasquez from United Realty, LLC as our Realtor. We informed Stephanie of what we were looking for and she found us the perfect home in a great neighborhood that exceeded our expectations. With multiple offers on the table, Stephanie showed extreme knowledge and was able to lock our offer in and had us under contract. Stephanie was always responsive, answering and explaining the many questions we had. She kept us informed with each step, staying in communication with ourselves, the sellers agent and our lender throughout the whole process. Stephanies professionalism and exceptional work ethic took us from the beginning of an idea to locking in our offer and to the closing table, making the purchase of our new home successful. Even after fallbacks on other amazing houses she found for us that didn’t work out, she still never failed to disappoint us. Cassandra is absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond her duties to help us with selling and buying our homes!!! Even when her job should have been done, she was still helping us with some issues we had with the person who bought our old home! Miss Valerie Rodriguez, was exceptional. She worked so hard to find what we needed. I demand the very best of anyone that works with me, at what ever it is we are doing. Valerie proved to be the best. She didn’t try to fill me with sell points, She actually stopped and listen to me and took my concerns to heart. I must say she exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Valerie. Correction!!! I would suggest you request or demand she be on your team. I’ve had the opportunity working with multiple realtors in my lifetime. And there’s only two that stand out to me. And Valerie has become one of the two.

Cassandra Rosa was absolutely incredible! She was able to take some of our personal challenges, put us at ease, and get our house listed quickly.Initially, we had consulted a different realtor, (National chain). That person said we’d never get what we wanted and was quite off-putting. Cassandra was quite the opposite. She is warm, friendly, and extremely responsive! The listing generated a lot of traffic and the photos were stunning. We had an acceptable offer in about 48 hours.Cassandra was very patient with my incessant questions and made me feel like I was her only client at the time. For us, selling this house was exceptionally stressful and thanks to her, it was over before we knew it.I have already told my friends/co-workers in Carlsbad to not consider using anyone but Cassandra at United Realty.

Bertha Duenez is an amazing realtor, she helped us out tremendously trying to find the perfect house for us. We had some issues with buying the house we are living in but she made sure we got in on a timely manner. Always made sure to communicate issues we had to the other realtor and made sure they were answered on a timely manner. Would definitely go to Bertha again if we buy another house.
