My two brothers and I worked with Tim Sansum on the sale of approximately 100 acres of timber land near New Salem, Texas. Tim had been recommended to me by a former Realtor friend of mine that knew Tim and had also done transactions with him.From the first phone call with Tim, I felt that he would be an honest and reputable agent to work for us. Without a Listing Contract he started work on checking out the land and utilities that a Buyer might need for land use.Tims ideas for how to present the land to prospective Buyers and selling prices in the area helped us immensely.We sold the land in a relatively reasonable amount of time and got our target price for it.We are exceedingly happy with Tim and his Go-getter work ethic. It is my privilege to write a review for Tim Sansom, the realtor who owns UCR - East TX Land & Homes. I will give you the short version of why on a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate him an 11. I became the Independent Administrator of my aunts estate during July, 2021. One of the assets that required disposal was thought to be approximately 24 acres, originally owned by my grandparents, outside Rusk/Dialville. Living in Katy, I knew nothing about the value of this land. I contacted Tim , told him of my situation and ultimately set up a meeting. He sent me some aerial maps from Cherokee CAD and drove to the property before our meeting. Once we met, we drove to the property that I had not seen for over 20 years. He pointed out that we would be unable to get clear title unless it was surveyed and we (my brother, sister, and I) had been paying way too much in taxes because there was not a timber exemption. He directed me to the appropriate person in the CAD office about the timber exemption. He recommended the best surveyor in the are and the acreage actually was slightly more than 26. Several months went by as my son considered buying this property. Once we put it up for sale, four offers were submitted during four days. The last one even exceeded his expectations. During this entire process there was constant and timely communication. My sister, myself, and my brothers estate own the adjacent 26 acres. Once probate is completed for my brothers estate, do not doubt that I will be calling Tim. Tim is indeed the consummate professional.- Don Dominy

So listen, Me and the wife were interested in a piece of land that came open about 10 miles from our house. Cord Stover met me at the office, I hopped in his truck and away we went.
