    Tracy Whittington is the absolute BEST!!!!When we put our house up for sale Tracy made many trips to the house with paperwork, took many calls from me asking questions, answered text messages and kept us informed about every little thing going on.Less than 6 weeks after listing our house she had a buyer.She called to tell us she had a buyer for our house and I decided I didnt want to sell. She jumped through hoops on a Friday night, (and a 3 day weekend at that), making many different phone calls and working to help us.     If youre interested in buying land in Cass County area United Country Double Creek is the place to go. This was the only agency in Atlanta that returned our calls. Tracey Whittington called and we had a talk about what kind of land I was looking for and how I wanted to use it. Mostly we were looking for secluded acreage, heavily wooded and in Cass County with a few other criteria.
