Oh my goodness, we would be in shambles without Penny. She has truly been a God-send for us. Through every twist and turn the lenders threw at us she stayed headstrong and consist and was so extremely proactive during the stressful process of buying a home and dealing with crazy lenders. I would recommend her 100%. You just don’t get graceful, kind and trustworthy people anymore; but Penny was just that; trustworthy & kind beyond measures.
