Chad is incredible! There was a lot going on with our sale/Title but we were finally able to close and that was all because of Chad and his team! We weren’t sure if we were going to get our land and house sold, but Chad got it done. He’s very quick to respond, keeps you informed, and answers any questions you have. Highly recommend him and his team!

Chad and his team are awesome! He sold a house for us in 2022, when our original realtor kept telling us to drop the price. He sold it at top dollar! We are now looking to move again and Chad is the only realtor we will even consider to sale our house. He gets it done!

When we started to consider moving to Texas we were connected with Chad to help us. We started a communication with Chad over the phone and helped us plan out the process of scouting out where we should move. He even offered to pick us up from the airport! The most important thing to me was working with someone that was honest and transparent. He was very patient with us and drove us around every time we flew out to try to find our dream home. We were unable to be there in person to see a new location so we sent him. At this point we trusted his honest opinion and ultimately we ended up building at this location. He showed up to the walkthroughs and was there to answer all questions for us. We are also first time home buyers so having his knowledge and guidance was key! Thank you, Chad!
