Skylar was very important to us getting the deal we got on our new home build. Everything from the setting up the walk through of the demo, and everything up with the sellers . She’s was an absolute warrior for us when it came to everything contracts, inspections, updates and keeping the builders honest. We definitely wouldn’t have made it through to the same final product had it not been for her and her persistent nature on our behalf. Her and her team is a one stop shop and can get you covered on everything from sourcing a home (buying or selling), to getting you a lender, and even great recommendations 3rd party for inspections. I’ve nevvvver experienced a leasing agent like Courtney!! She is absolutely amazing. I saw a house on Zillow and was trying to get ahold of the realtor for hours with no luck, I ended up calling Courtney and she was super attentive and ended up showing me the home within the next two hours! She helped me with everything and always responded so quickly! I never felt like I was bothering her and she was super, super helpful. I will absolutely be working with her again.
