I cant say enough good things about my selling and buying experience with Leeza! We had a 2 1/2 year old and 6 month old at the time and Leeza was beyond accommodating! She was always available after work to meet for showings. She quickly picked up on what we were looking for and even looked at a few houses when we were not available and gave me her honest opinion with my preferences in mind. She was phenomenal!! Buying a property is not easy. Especially if there is mortgage involved, you’re a first time buyer out of state. Actually, we’ve just bought a property in the way I described above.Honestly, I do not think that we could have successfully navigated through the process without the help of Cloud Reality. I have been trying to put into words how amazing our experience was with Cloud Realty but I just cant adequately express what Leeza and her team did for us. I found Leeza simply by reading reviews and having her come out to our home and talk with us about what our home was worth and the selling process. I have to admit that I was dreading the experience but after meeting them and walking them through our home I knew they were the ones we would use to sell our home. I was drawn to her confidence and optimistic attitude and have to say that she maintained that the entire way through. When she told us what she would list our house for I will admit that I thought it might be too high and I didnt want to list it that high so we listed it slightly less and what do you know we got an above asking price offer that was the exact amount she had suggested. She made the entire process stress free for us. We actually complicated things by going out of town during the process when a document that was time sensitive was needed and Leeza offered to go to our house and retrieve it for us, she Facetimed me and I walked her through where I had put the document. I mean who does that and with a super attitude the entire time?! Not only that but when it was time to pack up she had a client that was unpacking and she went to the clients home and got her broken down boxes and brought them over to us, saving us hundreds of dollars in packing supplies. Basically, what I am trying to say is that Leeza made our experience amazing and we are so incredibly grateful that we trusted the reviews and went with her. Leeza and Shannon, the whizbang pros at Cloud Realty, recently sold the Denton home where wed lived for thirteen years. Over those years, wed made a number of improvements to the house, several of which could not be easily seen (e.g., foundation stabilization, additional insulation, yard drainage system). They put together a photo array and detail sheet that highlighted the important features and qualities of our home for prospective buyers. We had offers the first day and sold the house for quite a lot more than I had imagined it would bring. We had been looking for a house for over 7 months. With the hot market, any time we needed to get to a house quickly and give an offer, we could count on Cloud Realty. They came prepared with market information about the neighborhood, market prices, and the history of the house, even if it was on a short notice. We got a great deal on the house we really wanted. The whole process was electronic so I could just complete all the necessary paperwork from my computer. They helped us through the inspections and closing process with recommendations and suggestions. I would recommend Cloud Realty for anyone who is looking to get a great service with great knowledge.

Two of our children acquired their degrees from UTA in Arlington so we opted to buy a house rather than pay dorm fees. Six years of college room-mates took its toll on the house but, after a complete renovation, we put it on the market with Leeza at Cloud Reality. There were some challenges due to how close some less desirable neighborhoods were. We had a lot of visitors to the home but all wanted to pay less than we wanted. Leeza stuck with us and helped others see beyond what the comps were showing on paper (because they werent really comparables at all). Friendly, very communicative, and caring; Leeza was great to work with and her patience and perseverance paid off with a sale. Thanks Leeza!

Leeza Morris rocks. I told her the first of the week that I would be in town for the weekend to see if she would have time to find and locate some rental properties to view that weekend. Being a first time homebuyer, I was scared and didnt know where to start in looking for a home. I was refered to a realtor who has been in the business a long time. I was not satisfied with her service. I had to constantly call and text her letting her know I had found several listings. She never contacted me herself until I told her I would no longer need her services. I googled some realtors in the area and came across Cloud Realty. Its no wonder why these ladies have great reviews. Shannon is an amazing person!! She was constantly keeping me updated and stayed on top of it all. I feel so lucky to have found her.
