    I dont take the time to write many reviews, but after working with John Turner, I felt others would benefit from hearing about our experience.Let me start by stating that my husband and I buy and sell several properties a year. This particular home was a simple rental townhome, yet we felt John worked just as hard for us on a $300K property as he would have a million dollar property. I really cant think of anything more he could have done to help us sell this property.Our townhome started as the only home in the entire community for sale. Within a 2 week period there ended up being a total of 5 properties for sale that we were competing against and ours was the highest price.We needed to dump this property quickly and John ran different scenarios with us and we ended up being the first home under contract and still the highest price.Once getting under contract, John was in touch with us regularly via phone calls or emails. He is very quick to respond and had answers for us immediately about anything we requestedMind you, we are not novices in the real estate sector, but we live out of state from this particular property and John handled EVERYTHING perfectly!We cant recommend him enough!     Brady went way over and above in this very challenging market at the price point I needed to be at. He worked tirelessly and always had a good attitude. It was a long process. It took me seven months to find a home, because so many I lost in the bidding process. I highly recommend him and will be using him for more purchases at a later date. I found him to be very reliable, very dependable, but not pushy at all. If there was a seven star button, I would’ve pushed it.

    If there were 10 stars, I would give Debbie a 10! Our situation was a little unusual and required some out of the box thinking. Debbie went above and beyond to help us find our new home! She was always patient and kind and understanding of our numerous questions. After looking at only a couple of houses, she knew right away what we would and would not like going forward and was able to help direct us to houses we might like and ultimately to the home we purchased. She was always available for any questions we had during the process and never made us feel like we were bothering her. In the current real estate climate in Rutherford County, homes in our price range go quickly. She was on top of things and able to get our offer in before any others and successfully negotiated with the Sellers agent some additional terms that we needed.We couldnt be more pleased with the help and guidance Debbie provided during this whole process.     I thought it would take several months to find a home to love, Laura Jones took every bit of feedback I gave on houses and dialed it in perfectly within two weeks. I was absolutely blown away. As an introvert myself, I dreaded having to contact a realtor. Once we started talking to Laura Jones on the phone and in person I really felt silly for dreading starting the process. Laura definitely seemed more like a friend helping you find the perfect home than anything else.If you are reading this review I recommend giving Laura a call. The concept that the process of searching for a home is very DIY until you are ready to make an offer is very much a lie. We were very grateful to get Laura. She found twice as many amazing homes for us than we found in five months of searching. The great houses go really fast and you need someone like Laura on the inside to be on top of those new listings for you.Seriously. She will not disappoint.

    If you need a realtor, contact Jonathan ASAP! We’ve looked at about 10 homes in the past couple days. He’s dealt with me being SO PICKY ABOUT EVERYTHING and hasn’t complained once. He sends links to every home he sees that matches what we’re looking for and some even BEFORE they even hit the market. He takes notes of EVERYTHING & points out things I wouldn’t even think to look for. While keeping a smile on his face of course.
